Mrs. Shika
Director
Meet Our Director
Ms. Shika Smith- Bowles is the proud on-site director of Loving Hands Program located in Irvington, New Jersey. She holds a MPA from Rutgers with a specialization in Public and Non Profit Management and completed her Bachelor’s Degree at Montclair State University. She has worked with children in several capacities for many years, before becoming a mother. Her passion has always been working with children, which brought her to the decision of directing a school. Ms. Shika’s dedication to providing the foundation for your child's social and academic success is the driving force behind LHP’s Curriculum. She is excited for the opportunity to play a role in your child's educational development and journey while at Loving Hands Program!
Ms. Nashia
Assistant Director
Ms. Nashia has been with Loving Hands Program since opening. She truly loves watching the children grow and learn. Ms. N enjoys conducting science experiments and special projects with the children.
Mrs. Noel
Head teacher
Mrs. Shana Noel Ross-White has been a Childhood Educator for over 16 years possessing 2 degrees. One in Early Childhood Education and the other in Interdisciplinary Studies. Mrs. Noel has a passion for educating our young scholars because they are our future, and also believes in attending to the needs of the whole child which encompasses physical health, mental well-being, social skills and citizenship, emotional health, cognitive skills, and family.Two of her favorite children's books series are Pete The Cat and Skippy John Jones.
Ms. Rennee
Assistant Teacher
Ms. Rennee enjoys watching the children grow and learn each day. She loves joining the children in the dramatic play area, playing, reading, and helping the teachers in the classroom.
Ms. Bonnie
Teachers Assistant
Ms. Bonnie has worked in childcare for several years. She has great energy and loves to dance, do puzzles, play games and most of all to watch the children learn and grow.
